Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any mobile application or service provided by LAMOU SARL (collectively, "Lamou Apps," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscriptions and Billing

Some of our services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice to active subscribers

User Content and License

Our services may allow you to create, upload, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve our services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
Your User Content complies with these Terms of Service

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use automated systems or software to extract data from our services
Remove, circumvent, or disable any security features or access controls

Intellectual Property Rights

Our services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by LAMOU SARL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
Any errors or defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAMOU SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at apps@lamou.paris or by deleting your account through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
